Amanda started her journey into fitness and health at Florida Atlantic University studying Exercise Science and Health promotion. In 2014, she began her Crossfit journey, and immediately knew that she had found her passion. Along with training, Amanda had a desire to educate people on the importance of proper nutrition to support an active lifestyle. She began tracking macros and flexible dieting in 2015. Since then she has competed in 10+ Crossfit competitions, 7 USAW Weightlifting meets and has successfully coached over 1200 nutrition clients utilizing flexible dieting. She graduated from Nutritional Therapy Practioner School (NTA) in August 2020 and now holds a valid NTP certification. She is also PNL1 and CFL1 Certified.

$75: Initial consultation via email + macros: following a questionnaire, you will receive a 2-3 page document explaining your BMR, TDEE, two sets of macros (if necessary + based on experience), helpful video links + my recipe E-book.
$35: Macro adjustment: following a questionnaire, you will receive a 1 page document explaining the changes I’ve made to your current macros, helpful video links + recipe E-book. You should already have a set of macros that you have been following for at least 4-6 weeks for this option.
$125: Initial consultation via zoom + macros: following a questionnaire, we will discuss your concerns, current nutrition, macros, and future plans/adjustments via zoom.

One of the first things that actually got me into nutrition was my love of cooking/preparing my own foods at home. I think this is largely where a lot of people fall into the mindset of “I have to eat boring or gross foods to lose weight”. That is not the truth! Not only do I encourage my clients to eat mostly whole, nutrient dense foods, but also help them learn how to ENJOY the foods that they eat. You can absolutely eat delicious foods and still reach your goals. It doesn’t matter if you’re an athlete, a beginner, a marathon runner, or just someone looking to get healthier; it all starts with what you put into your body!

I've been cooking for as long as I can remember. I'm a die hard "Chopped" fan, and pretty much every show on the Food Network. I realized after beginning my macro tracking journey over three years ago, that many people struggle with making their meals not only meet their macros, but TASTE good so that they actually want to eat it!

My recipe books are super straight forward, easy to follow, and have the calorie and macronutrient breakdown for each meal. I’ve also included substitutions, tips, and ways to make prepping and creating meals easier for you.
