Making food both macro friendly AND delicious doesn't have to be a chore!
I've been cooking for as long as I can remember. I'm a die hard "Chopped" fan, and pretty much every show on the Food Network. I realized after beginning my macro tracking journey over three years ago, that many people struggle with making their meals not only meet their macros, but TASTE good so that they actually want to eat it!
My first recipe book is a combination of my favorite breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, and I will be coming out with a volume 2 soon! The second book is an extremely detailed MyFitnessPal guide to help you get the most out of weighing & tracking your foods. I also teach you how to create recipes and log them for individual portion sizes, as well as raw meat to cooked conversions!
